IN THE AIR: Pollution Travels

Your state’s pollution may come from another state’s electricity production. The Cross-State Air Pollution Rule, issued by the Environmental Protection Agency in July 2011, cracks down on this phenomenon and will improve air quality for an estimated 240 million Americans.
